oh Momma.
The verdict is still out about whether or not the tile was “worth it.” But what’s “worth it” mean anyway when you’re talking about stairs? Subconsciously I think I was looking for a creative outlet, and boy oh boy, did I get it. I will be happy to never handle grout again. Unfortunately, I still have several rooms that need tiling.
Sigh.

The grout is accidentally different colors. Isn’t that fantastic?! (scowl) |

Hey I like the tile a bunch. I realize that you are your own worst critic, but it looks cool.

Can't wait to see the color! I think it will be great, and I definitely think the tile was the right choice.

Thank you! Personally, I'm a huge fan of the “eclectic” look and this certainly falls in that category. The walls will be a light grayish with a slight greenish hue. Fingers crossed things magically look ok together :) It sounds crazier than it is – promise.

Personally (and really, you don't know me from Adam) I like the tile. I think if the walls are painted in some kind of warm/earthy tone it would look awesome.
